We appreciate our customers for choosing the Royal Desert Safari Dubai. We care about your privacy and concerns which is why we suggest you go through our Terms and Conditions before you continue your journey with us. These terms of use will be applicable as long as you stay with us during your tour.

Hiring our services and booking our Desert Safari Dubai Packages will indicate that you agree with our terms of use and comply with them during your visit and choosing our services.

1. 1. Pricing: We apply the rates for each tour bearing the cost per head and exclude all other expenses to be incurred during your trip. We may update the prices of our services following changes in transportation charges, fuel prices, accommodation services etc.
   2. Itinerary: We already shared the itineraries in our trip details. We may change the itineraries based on seasonal conditions, natural calamities, travelling comfort, customers’ feedback and our research to enhance the travelling experience.
   3. Schedules: All trip schedules including pick and drop are estimated as per plans but minor changes may take place due to traffic jams, road closures or other unexpected issues. All the changes in the schedules will be shared with the customers in time.

• Cancellation and changes:

• Cancellations or changes in your bookings prior to 24 hours of the commencement of the trip will be considered. Changes will be updated while cancellations will be refunded.
• Cancellations and changes made under 24 hours will not be considered and no refund will be eligible.
• Joining late or leaving early from a trip will not be compensated.
• If you buy travel insurance, we will be happy to provide a piece of evidence to your insurance company that you failed to join your trip.
• Any Dubai Desert Safari trips canceled on our behalf due to extreme weather conditions or natural calamities will be fully refunded.

1. Disclaimer: We understand the risk involved in activities during travel or trip. Our customers are suggested to read our terms and agree that we are not liable for any accident, injury, loss, theft, troubles, hurdles, or any incident that occurred during activities on the trip. Our clients will be responsible for any unpredicted happening to them.
2. Age Restriction: We do not recommend that young children take part in the activities on Dubai Desert Safari. These activities are not designed for young children. Any harm or incident happening with the children during the activities will be the responsibility of the guardian if they take them along.
3. Health Requirements: Desert Safari Dubai involves adventurous activities. We do not recommend the physically unfit people or pregnant women to take part in such activities.
4. No Smoking: UAE laws prohibit smoking and carrying alcohol in any vehicle and so do we. Our clients carrying any alcoholic products will be returned from the travel and refund or compensation will be made.
5. Code of Conduct: Our rules highlight that everyone has to be good to fellow travellers, our guides and crews during the trip. Any customer misbehaving, threatening, endangering the safety of co-travellers, our staff members, crew members, hotel staff, activities organizers or disrupting the enjoyment of the trip will be returned from the tour and will not be eligible for any compensation or refunds.
6. Mode of Payment: You can pay in cash, bank deposits or through online transactions using your debit/credit cards. You are advised to keep proof of your payments with you. In case of any incorrect or invalid financial details, we reserve the right to cancel your bookings.
7. Required Documents: Participants are advised to keep their valid ID documents (Visas and passports in case of foreigners) throughout the tour.
8. Security Measures: For security purposes, the UAE drone watch is always in action and will be allowed in unusual circumstances with the approval of the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority. You consent to be featured in any video or image taken by that drone or by fellow tourists.
